How to Use the Achiever Family of Assessments

The following chart will help you to differentiate the Sales Achiever from the Achiever or the Guardian from the Performer. It will indicate the type of employment that best correlates to each assessment.

Each assessment is designed to compliment different levels of employment. Communication skills are more important to management level, whereas basic math skills are important for administrative positions. The assessments for low level positions are configured specifically for those higher turnover areas.

Although we recommend certain assessments for specific skill levels, we encourage you to choose the assessment that best fits your needs.
